Product Description
The KONG Wobbler is a KONG- shaped food dispensing toy and feeder that provides a new way to entertain and challenge your dog. The Wobbler sits upright until pushed with a dogs paw or nose, then wobbles, spins and rolls, dispensing treats through a KONG-shaped hole near the top. Dogs quickly learn that motion causes treats to fall out, but the unpredictable movement keeps the toy challenging, even for seasoned Wobbler users. The Wobbler is a fabulous toy for playtime, providing challenge and physical activity the whole family will enjoy watching. It also presents an excellent alternative to the traditional food bowl, extending the joy of feeding time and preventing unhealthy gulping. The Wobbler is Made in the USA of durable, FDA food-approved, high-strength polymer. It unscrews for quick filling and easy clean-up, and is top-drawer dishwasher safe. With one size fits all sizing, the KONG Wobbler is suitable for all dogs weighing 10 pounds or more.

This toy is great for “normal” chewers. I bought one for my American Pit Bull Terrier and it just came in today. She’s had it for about thirty minutes and I’m doubting it’s durability will last through tomorrow.

This would be a GREAT toy if i had a normal chewer, but my dog is very powerful. Still hoping to find a cute yet durable toy for my APBT.

  2. My pup LOVES the Wobbler! I even put kibble in there for dinnertime and he has a ball. Only thing to be aware of is overfilling, in which case the kibble/treats will not easily fall out.

First, like all Kong products, it has been great at resisting the wear/tear of normal dog play, plus their fanatic attempts to break into it in order to get the treats. It has been perfect for my border collie mix to obsessive over (in a good way).

When I first bought it, I was a little curious about what I was going to fill it with, mostly because I refuse to pay the ridiculously high price for Kong brand treats. Most treats are either too large to come out, or are so small that they just fly out. I found the perfect treat to use are the Beggin Strips “Littles” which are just mini beggin strips( about an inch long). They have a strong enough smell to really motivate my dogs, yet, while they do come out, they really have to work at it. I broke them in half to start with, so they figured out how the toy worked. Now they have them full sized, and really have to work to get them out.

  4. My dog mastered many basic treat dispensors. This one provides a great new challenge. I already feed him half his meals in treat dispensors, but he is too fast at them now. By the way, if your dog is a chewer and likes a challenge, I like to put food in empty 1 liter seltzer bottles that are slightly dented. When that got too easy, I started to put the cap back on as well. It was pointed out in a book that in the wild, dogs worked for all of their food. So I think these challenging toys appeal to the dog’s nature.

  5. I have a maltese/pekingese dog who weighs about 12 pounds. When I received this toy I almost sent it right back. It is much larger than I thought and quite heavy. I was sure that there was no way my dog would be able to do anything with this. My daughter convinced me to let him try and I am so glad that I did. He absolutely loves this thing. We put about a cup of his dog food in it and he wobbles it all over the place to get his food out. Watching him work this is hysterical, but watching him pout when he realizes it is empty is even funnier. I would highly recommend this product, even if you have a smaller dog.
