Another toy my Westie puppy [10 lbs] had ripped within minutes after taking it out of the box. The cube has been shredded, she still plays with the balls. Maybe it’s my dog, everyone else loves these toys and my dog destroys them in minutes and I feel like my money has been thrown down the drain. I will never buy another toy from this company. The cheap toys will have to make her happy, I think her teeth are just too strong to make the toys last longer than a few minutes. I did write a letter of complaint to the company but I’m sure they won’t care especially since I seem to be the only one with a problem.

I bought this toy for my cocker spaniel who is not destructive and has plush toys all over the house. In less than a day she had ripped one of the openings in the toy by shaking it trying to get the balls out (and ours only had 3 balls). Then her teeth easily punctured the balls exposing the squeaker. The store would not refund my money.
I have owned dogs my entire life (over 50 years) and run a dog rescue so I know a good toy and this one does not stand up to what I would call normal use.

My puppy is 3 pounds. She’s not very destructive, and is rather small (Yorkie-Bichon mix). She destroyed these balls in a few days. What comes out of them is plastic-y cottony material that she can choke on, and even better, lots of small plastic parts that are perfect for choking her to death. I’m astounded that she was able to destroy this thing in a matter of days, and even more astounded that it’s full of small plastic parts just the right size to kill her. I’m more than a bit ticked. Do not buy this.

I have now purchased several toys from Kyjen. This is yet another one that my dog loves, and the quality is very good.
I am very pleased with Kyjen’s toys, and I will continue to buy more of them. My dog plays with his toys every day, but is not rough with them. Plush toys are great for dogs like mine, but are not good for aggressive chewers; this is common sense, but some people don’t quite get it.

the cube offers 5 toys in one: 4 balls and a plush box. the toy as a whole is still a bit big for our 3 month old shiba inu puppy, but she loves playing with the 4 balls: running after them, hoarding them into group, learning the concept of “fetch”. she is also beginning to develop methods to pull out the balls when they’re inside the cube. it’s very cute to watch her play w/ the toy. i’m glad we decided to purchase the large size so that she can grow into the toy.
